After you sign-up, you’ll be automatically taken to our on-boarding form. The form will ask you a few questions about your business, customers, and objectives.
We require you to take 30 minutes to fill the form thoroughly, this is our first introduction to your company, so send in everything detail you need us to know.
Once you fill the form and submit, you’ll enter the 7-day on-boarding period. We start planning the first month of posts, and create them.
Your first post will be published on the 8th working day or the nearest workday, after your approval.
The first part that helps us is the on-boarding form that we ask you to fill right after your sign up. The second part is every bit of information, content, video, image, and topics about your company that is available on the internet.
We then organize all this information to learn in-depth about your business and plan a social media posts.
Every business is unique and has its own requirements. We take time to understand your business during the 7-day on-boarding; we then plan and design your posts.
We rely on your existing brand material to create content for your social media.
While having blog posts is a plus, it’s not mandatory. We can use any of your existing content like:

If you want to send feedback on a post, you can do so by writing your feedback as comments on each Trello card.
